1. Service Agreement

1.1 Service Description

House Cleaning Owasso provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Owasso, Oklahoma and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Recurring house cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
• Deep cleaning services
• Move-in and move-out cleaning
• Carpet, upholstery, and window cleaning
• Specialty cleaning services as advertised

1.2 Service Booking

Services may be booked through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by House Cleaning Owasso. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

1.3 Estimates and Quotes

Estimates provided are based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ from what was described. We will inform you of any price changes before beginning work.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available on our website or by contacting us directly. Special promotions and discounts may have specific terms and expiration dates.

2.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept:

2.3 Late Payment

Late payments may result in suspension of services. A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts. We reserve the right to pursue collection of outstanding balances.

Customers enrolled in recurring cleaning plans will be charged automatically according to their selected schedule. You may cancel or modify your plan at any time with proper notice (see Cancellation Policy).

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Customer Cancellations

We understand that plans change. To cancel or reschedule a service:

• 24-hour notice: No cancellation fee
• Less than 24-hour notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: Full service charge may apply

3.2 Company Cancellations

House Cleaning Owasso reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

• Severe weather or emergency conditions
• Staff illness or unavailability
• Unsafe working conditions at the service location

We will make every effort to provide advance notice and offer alternative arrangements.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Access to Property

You are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes:

• Providing keys, entry codes, or being present to grant access
• Ensuring all rooms to be cleaned are accessible
• Disabling security systems or providing necessary codes
• Securing pets or informing us of any pet-related concerns

4.2 Preparation

To ensure efficient service, clients should:

• Remove clutter from surfaces and floors
• Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or sentimental items
• Disclose any areas requiring special attention
• Inform us of any hazards or special conditions (mold, biohazards, etc.)

4.3 Supplies and Equipment

House Cleaning Owasso provides all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed. If you prefer we use specific products, please provide them and inform us in advance.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

5.1 Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.

5.2 Resolution

Upon notification of any concerns:

• We will schedule a free re-clean of the affected areas within 48 hours
• Re-cleans must be reported within 24 hours of the original service
• The same areas must remain in substantially the same condition as when originally cleaned
• Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to client negligence or misuse

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Insurance Coverage

House Cleaning Owasso is fully insured and bonded. Our insurance covers:

• General liability for property damage caused by our staff
• Worker's compensation for our employees
• Professional liability coverage

6.2 Damage Claims

If damage occurs during service:

• Notify us immediately or within 24 hours of discovery
• Provide documentation (photos, receipts, repair estimates)
• We will investigate and work with our insurance to resolve valid claims
• Claims must be filed within 7 days of the service date

6.3 Limitations of Liability

House Cleaning Owasso is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to property or surfaces
• Damage to improperly installed or maintained fixtures
• Damage to items not disclosed or not visible during service
• Valuables not secured prior to cleaning
• Loss or damage resulting from client negligence
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Service Limitations

7.1 Services We Do Not Provide

Unless specifically agreed upon, we do not:

• Clean up bodily fluids, blood, or biohazardous materials
• Handle mold remediation beyond surface cleaning
• Move heavy furniture or appliances
• Clean exteriors of buildings above ground level
• Handle pest control or infestations
• Perform repairs or maintenance on property

7.2 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• Conditions are unsafe for our staff
• Illegal activity is suspected or observed
• Client behavior is threatening, abusive, or inappropriate
• Property conditions require specialized services beyond our scope

8. Confidentiality and Security

8.1 Privacy

All team members sign confidentiality agreements. We respect your privacy and will not disclose details about your home or personal information.

8.2 Key Security

If you provide keys or access codes, we will:

• Store them securely in a locked, encrypted system
• Use them only for scheduled appointments
• Return them upon request or end of service relationship

9. Employment and Independent Contractors

9.1 Background Checks

All employees and contractors undergo thorough background checks including:

• Criminal background screening
• Reference verification
• Identity verification
• Drug testing where applicable
